My Personal Pathway
Hello and Welcome to Healing Arts Pathways! I am Rev. Lorraine Meyer, H.D.D., BCHt, RMT and Shihan of Jikiden Reiki. Ever since I was a young girl, I knew there was much more to our world than what we could see with our eyes, hear with our ears and feel with our hands. The wonders all around us sang within me. Sunrises and sunsets amazed me, whispers of intuition and knowing, and a sense that we are all connected kept me questioning our reality. My journey began in earnest in 2007 when I started attending metaphysical classes and shortly thereafter I began my exploration of Usui Reiki Ryoho. Each of these pathways drew me away from the mundane and closer to the mystery schools. After a difficult year watching as my husband persevered through several procedures and complications from a brain tumor, I realized it was time to bring the Reiki I was using in my own life and healing to others. I found that more and more often I was moved to ask strangers if I could offer them the healing comfort of Reiki, and while many times those strangers had to ask me what Reiki is, no one ever said no once I explained. I bring caring and compassion and a true love for sharing and healing to each of my sessions. My passion is to see my clients heal, evolve and succeed. I have turned my Certification as a Hypnotist into an opportunity to share guided meditations which assist my clients in effectively achieving their goals; change unwanted habits, overcome their fears, create harmony and balance, build confidence and self-esteem and much more. Teaching has always been second nature to me and having had the opportunity to explore many pathways, has given me many to share. My classes include: of course, Jikiden Reiki, but also Akashic Records Reading. You may also join me for guided meditations, breathwork and vibrational sound healing. I a member of the Jikiden Reiki Association (a North American NPO,) and continue to broaden my knowledge of holistic healing. Thank you for taking the time to share my journey. Now, I invite you to meet my colleague... Rebecca Reid Rebecca's work in transformation began with her professional organizing business, Streamline Organizing. Through working with clients it became apparent that clutter in their home and lives accumulated for a reason. As she supported them in achieving their objectives, she assisted them in a non judgmental way in releasing what they had acquired that no longer served them. Rebecca realized that ones' external environment is manifested by the internal environment and that clutter is stuck energy, or toxins on all levels.She saw clearly that not only did her clients physical space need reorganizing but also their nervous systems, emotional, physical and mental bodies had toxins needed to be released. Rebecca began to recognize her work as a ministry and streamline organizing was transformed into divine order, her way of showing up for her clients in whatever way serves them best and most completely, from organizing and counseling to Jikiden Reiki. Rebecca is a transformer and organizer who uses her intuitive abilities to support her client's needs. Whether reorganizing their home or assisting them through Jikiden Reiki In releasing energies or patterns, she is a channel for positive change and healing in her client's lives. As she embraces the addition of Jikiden Reiki into her services, she moves into a new phase in her own life in allowingdivine order and offers the same to you. |
