Private Reiki Sessions

Whether you choose Jikiden Reiki and focus on a particular issue or perfer the Usui-based western practice which focuses on the balancing of the chakras, sessions are a minimum of 1 Hour. Clients remain fully clothed, Reiki is not a massage technique, however it is extremely relaxing and the benefits include feeling lighter, brighter and more focused.

New Beginnings Program:  A Four Week "Jumpstart" Program

Imbalances in our lives typically happen on an energetic level and we typically don't realize what that feels like. It then shows up on an emotional level in the forms of depression, anxiety, stress, etc. Western society teaches us to process the emotional at a 'more appropriate time'. We make up 1000 excuses to not address or distract ourselves with food, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs or medicate it away. When left unprocessed, these issues almost always show up on a physical level and we turn towards Western medicine to cure the symptoms instead of the real issue and then the carousel begins!

If we take time to explore, discover and face the true issues affecting our lives we then have the ability to shed the excess 'stuff' and make room for our true potential. Since none of these imbalances happened over night, it is unrealistic to believe that they will shift overnight. For optimum impact it is best to engage in a plan of action to address each one and move forward.

The 4-Week New Beginnings Program is a targeted plan to address the core issues which are affecting your life. When working through core issues it is best to receive Reiki at least 3-4 times within a 4-6 week period. The New Beginnings Program is designed for just this purpose, to effectively resolve problematic areas  in our life. The sessions offer space for meditation, intuitive guidance and Reiki to allow insights on how to resolve and move forward in our life.

Reiki :
This plan consists of four weekly sessions which are 75 minutes in length. As a practitioner, Lorraine works with the energetic centers known as the chakras. Each of these centers govern particular organs and emotions in the body. Based on the information you provide in discussion before the Reiki session and through her own ability to perceive energy,she has a sense of what may be necessary. From this place she invites you to lie fully clothed on a comfortable therapy table just as you would for massage or acupuncture. As soothing music plays, stationary hand positions  then guide Reiki, pure chi, through the body. While everyone receives Reiki a little differently, most people feel an immediate sense of calm after the session as if they've been grounded in their body for a very long time.

4-Week Reiki ~ $360 a $40 savings (Available only in person)

Soul Talk:

This plan consists of four weekly sessions which are an 90 minutes in length. Allowing us to explore specific areas of your life where you feel stuck. Offering Reiki as the primary modality and paired with intuitive guidance and/or guided meditation we will sift through and untie the emotional and energetic knots so you can grow, evolve and move forward.
4-week Soul Talk ~ $450 a $50 savings  (Available only in person)

CANCELLATION  POLICY:  
Please Note: Energy work cannot be done eight hours a  day, seven days a week, so appointments are precious.  I am  here to hold sacred space for my clients. I respectfully request that 24 hours notice  be given for cancellation and if this is not possible, 1/2 the fee for the missed appointment is required before  rescheduling another appointment.
